The Welsh Football League is the largest senior league in welsh football and stands at level 2 of the FAW Pyramid system. It's the only football league in the principality with Royal Patronage, our Patron is HRH Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.
It covers all of South Wales, and comprises three divisions with 16 Clubs in Division One, 16 Clubs in Division Two and 18 clubs in Division Three. In addition, it has 2 reserves divisions in East and West Wales and also two youth divisions in these two areas. In total, 105 teams play under The Welsh Football League banner each week.
