- Cwmbran Celtic win Reserve East

Cwmbran Celtic won their last game of the season 6-2 at Monmouth Town to win the East Division title. Scorers for Celtic were Dan Davies 3, Curtis Meaney 2 and David Davies.

The title win was just reward for manager Rhys Dalgleish who had seen his team finish runners up and 3rd in previous seasons and who had to rebuild his team twice because of wholesale departures to Gwent County neighbours Cwmbran Town. This season he started minus 6 of last season's regulars but with Rhys Parry as his new assistant and Tom Haggett stepping up as captain, Celtic were not to be denied. A special mention for central defender Curtis Patel who was on the field for every minute of each of the 18 games.
